General Refund Policy
All services provided by BuxRSS and payments made are generally non-refundable. This policy exists because our service provides immediate value upon purchase through quota allocation.
Discretionary Refunds
Refunds may be provided at the sole discretion of BuxRSS in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Technical issues preventing service delivery for extended periods
- Duplicate charges due to processing errors
- Service termination by BuxRSS
Quota and Credits
Purchased quota units are non-refundable and non-transferable. Quota functions as a prepaid balance and has no cash value outside of BuxRSS.
Unused quota cannot be refunded, even if you decide to discontinue the service.
Quota will be lost if your account is terminated for violation of Terms of Service.
Recurring Payments
If you have activated recurring payments, you can cancel them at any time at https://buxrss.com/billing.
Canceling recurring payments will prevent future charges but will not refund any existing quota or previous payments.
You will continue to have access to your purchased quota until it is consumed or your account is terminated.
Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact us at support@buxrss.com with:
- Your account email address
- Transaction details or payment reference
- Detailed explanation of the circumstances
- Any supporting documentation
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing is subject to the terms, conditions, and technical capabilities of our payment processor and the payment method used for the original transaction. BuxRSS makes no guarantee that any approved refund can be successfully processed.
BuxRSS shall not be held responsible or liable if the payment processor, credit card issuer, bank, or payment method does not support or allow refund transactions. In such cases, alternative arrangements may be considered at BuxRSS's sole discretion.
Refund processing times and availability are determined solely by third-party payment processors and financial institutions, over which BuxRSS has no control.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us at support@buxrss.com to resolve any issues.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in immediate account termination and loss of all quota.
